# Uptime

Market makers on 1st are required to maintain high uptime and continuous quoting during normal market conditions.

Required uptime ranges from **95% to 99%**, depending on how many market makers are assigned to a given trading pair.

Uptime requirements are defined in the market making agreement and monitored continuously. Failure to meet required uptime thresholds may result in corrective actions as outlined in the agreement.
